At Dentelix, we aim to provide fast, reliable delivery and a hassle-free returns process. Please read our shipping and returns policy below before placing your order.

Stock Availability

We use the following stock indicators to keep you informed about product availability.

🟢 In Stock

Products marked In Stock are available in our warehouse and are usually dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are normally processed on the same working day.

🟡 Available to Order

These products are currently being restocked by our supplier but can still be ordered. Estimated delivery is generally 5–10 working days, depending on supplier availability.

If there are any unexpected delays, our customer service team will keep you updated.

🔴 Out of Stock

These products are temporarily unavailable, and we are currently unable to accept orders until new stock arrives.

Shipping Charges

We offer competitive delivery rates throughout the United Kingdom.

  • FREE UK Mainland Delivery on qualifying orders over £50 (excluding VAT).

  • Orders below the free delivery threshold will incur a standard delivery charge calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery charges for Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and other remote locations may vary depending on destination and parcel size.

  • International shipping charges are calculated according to the delivery destination and order weight.

Shipping costs will always be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Processing & Delivery

Our warehouse processes orders on Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are normally dispatched the same working day.

  • Most UK Mainland deliveries arrive within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

  • Remote areas may require an additional 1–3 working days.

  • Orders placed after business hours, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking information.

Backorders

If part of your order is temporarily unavailable:

  • Available items may be dispatched immediately.

  • Remaining items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

  • No additional delivery charges will apply for backordered items.

Delivery Partners

To ensure safe and reliable delivery, Dentelix works with trusted courier partners.

Depending on your location and order size, deliveries may be made using recognised UK courier services offering secure tracking and timely delivery.

Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the following conditions.

Eligible Returns

Products may be returned if they are:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In their original packaging

  • In resalable condition

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

Please contact our customer support team before returning any item so we can provide return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot normally be returned:

  • Opened sterile products

  • Used dental instruments

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  • Special order items

  • Custom-made products

  • Products marked as non-returnable

Unless they are faulty or supplied in error.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the outcome of your return.

Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.

If an order has already been shipped, it must be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy before a refund can be issued.
